Today I was so hurt when I came time for parents and sibling of my granddaughter to pay last respects I was told to exit the room I told this very rude lady that I was the deceased Grandmother I was told she did not care who I was to pay me last respects and exit the room. The father of deceased was my son. My baby I was keeping an eye on him. My grandson was standing with his arms around me because this was the first time he was to see his sister in a long time I was trying to give him my support as any grand mother should I was told on more than one occasion to exit the room. Many people have called to tell me the service was beautiful but they felt the employees were very rude and certainly not compassionate. I feel that the funeral home might need to reevaluate how they ask people to relocate from one area to the next. I have yet to hear anyone say that they would want to use your services I am the one who talked to my son about using your service as I owned the gravesite I truthfully can say after the rude encounter and being TOLD to exit the room in such a rude way. And all the complaints about rudeness from your employees hell will freeze over before I every recommend you again
We have had a monument paid for and ordered for 5 months. It is still no placed on my fathers grave. If you use them for your service (had no complaints with the service it was lovely), utilize another place to get your marker from. Did find it was an option too late. Do not buy your monument from here unless you want more agonizing grief on an already sad situation
