Service is great. Went in for take out. I always order s/s chicken the first time because how can you mess that up right? Well chicken and sauce was ok but it was just fried rice. No veggies or pork or even a piece of egg just brown plain rice... wonton soup was plane as well. Paid $12 for a dinner and a soup. I feel like I got ripped off. Will no return or recommend.
The food is always amazing and cost friendly. I can feed a family of six without going over 50$ their customer service is as satisfactory as the food!
Found bugs in my food from delivery after having to wait an incredible 1.5 hours; even though I'm located only 4 minutes down the road. We asked to speak to the owners and the boy on the phone (which is apparently the manager) hung up on us. Someone from the health department needs to sweep that place; I used to deliver food, and I understand that it can be difficult; but they make it seem like you're breaking their legs when you ask for the common courtesies that should be customary in the food service industry: Is the food hot after 1.5 hours of waiting? Is it possible to get something fresh? Can we please speak to the owners? I would prefer to get a refund after all of this; how can we do that? Don't even try with these people unless the owner puts out a sign stating that the establishment is under new management... It's sad to see such a great restaurant belittled to such low levels due to the almost criminal actions of the management. It's difficult to fathom how they will remain in business at that rate. I would give less than a 1 star rating if this scale offered negative stars. They would be getting a -(negative)5 star rating.
Great pho. Pho is all about the broth and these guys nailed it. Very strong, broth while not being heavy. Loved the crab puffs as well. Servers were great and very helpful. Too bad I dont live closer or id have them deliver like every day. Very tasty Thai tea from scratch too not like other places with the powdered kind. Would recommend.
We love this place. We usually get the meal for 2 and it is a lot of food with the 2 choices and a full order of fried rice. I love the pho also. Their delivery is pretty quick and the service is friendly. This is our go to place, just wish they were open on Sunday but I understand needing a day off. Their lunch specials are a good price for the amount of food that you get and it has good flavor to it.
