New roof they installed leaked when it rained. Called Redemption 4 times to fix issue. Shingles or their work was not the problem we were told. Instead, blamed it on a window seal. Showed evidence of video taken during rain of roof leaking. Regardless, refused to honor their warranty and investigate the real cause. Continued to blame the window. Upset and thoroughly disappointed. What good is a contract and/or warranty if you are going to break it. They sell it but if there is a defect, you are on your own. Buyer beware.
This company is great! Do not hesitate to use them for roofing repairs or replacement. They installed a new roof on my home in September and I couldn't be happier. The staff in the office were courteous and helpful. Adam Rod is the representative I dealt with and you can truly see that he wants to do what is best for the customer and deliver exactly what he promises. I even recommend this company to my neighbor who also had Redemption Roofing install their roof. A++ Company that will continue to get recommendations from me.

I highly recommend redemption roofing. They came to replace our roof yesterday and they did an excellent job. I was very pleased with how professional they are from the customer service to the communication to the completion of the job. The rain pushed our date a few times but it was so worth the wait. Thank you all.

I would recommend Redemption Roofing to anyone. I felt that the people I dealt with were professional, trustworthy, and they answered all of my questions before the job started. The roofing crew that worked on our house was outstanding. They spread tarps to catch as much of the debris as possible and then went over the area with magnets. They completed the house, carport, back porch, and shop in one day from tearing the roofs off to completion. When any problems were found with the roof, I was notified, and it was replaced. I actually had more problems with the roof plywood than I realized. The job was well supervised and I was ask about where it would be alright to place the material. They did an excellent job with clean-up. Redemption also followed-up to make sure everything was satisfactory and if we had any questions.
Not misleading at all. Just stating the facts. Roof leaking due to rusted nail nailed into the flashing underneath the shingle (which had you thoroughly checked instead of assuming window was the cause). And the shingles being loose over the garage causing water to flow into the nailed area as the yellow stain the pic shows. Oh and the video of the roof leaking, it was during rain; not from a garden hose as you claimed.
