I called Carter's directly from New Mexico to have flowers delivered for my sick aunt in the hospital. I tried to ask specifics on what flowers they had in stock. Woman was so rude in her responses I told her I wasn't interested in buying anything from her shop. Her response "THAT'S FINE". Poor customer service. I went with another shop.
I LOVED LOVED my Bridal Bouquet! I ordered my bouquet and the guys boutonnieres only since my budget was not huge. Jessica's service was definitely one item I did not worry on the day of my wedding. Communication was a bit difficult. She will only respond in the morning, but hey she will not let you down. Her work is excellence!

Insanely impressed with their organization, quality, service, and prices!! Cannot say enough good things. They are doing my wedding later this year and are such a joy to work with on every level. I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a friend today and it was even more beautiful than the picture online! They even called me to let me know there were going to be some differences from what I had ordered and asked me if that was OK. It was delivered to her insanely fast and extremely well priced. I can't say enough good things about them....definitely would recommend.
