DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My husband sent flowers to my work on Valentines day and they looked like old flowers and not fresh. The next day the petals started to fall and wilt- I called both locations listed on the card in the flowers and the phone rings and rings for both locations- not evening an answering machine picks up.The 1800 number listed as a main number on their website is disconnected. This is a scam bullshit company-

LOL..they substitute Carnations for real flowers...go to SAMS Club or Costco if you want to send premium flower arrangement

Better off with 1800flowers. I live out of town and ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I thought using a florist near her would be a better way to go than 1800flowers (which my husband usually uses for me). Her flowers were underwhelming and died within 2 days. I have never given or received flower that didn't last at least 3 days. When I called them to complain about their product, their customer service was worse than their flower arrangement. The woman I spoke to was snide and unapologetic as she informed me that she would expect the flowers to die within a day or two, after all, I bought a perishable product and that they only guarantee their flowers for 24 hours after delivery. I understand the perishable nature of flowers, but I think they should last longer than 24 hours. That being said, their customer service and mediocre product only guaranteed that I would never go back to them for any flowers again, ever.

Missed delivery date. Sent dead flowers to my father n law that had lost his daughter. Did not take responsibility. Manager RL hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. This was the rudest shop, use dead flowers, did not match what asked. Spent $160 on flowers and received a dead arrangement. They also stated that since I asked for a refund they were going to pick up flowers from recipient and take back to shop for non payment instead of offering to replace. DO NOT USE!

I had a terrible experience with this flower shop. I ordered a gorgeous looking bouquet online to have my sister pick-up to give to my mom for her birthday. I live out of town and wanted to work with a local florist, which is why I chose them. The "deluxe" arrangement that I ordered via phone from their website, was plump, colorful and very celebratory looking. The one that was waiting for pick-up when my family arrived was such a disappointment that I wouldn't have paid $10.00 for it at a grocery store. When I called to complain, I was told that it was exactly what the "recipe" for that bouquet called for. I ended up having my family return them so that I could get a full refund and then had my sister go elsewhere to buy an actual bouquet of flowers. I was very unimpressed.
