This gym is not for the weekend warrior! There is no AC so you are going to sweat! It literally has all the equipment you need to become the best you possible! I don't know what the guy was talking about it being in a "shady area"! I have been a member for over a year and have never had a problem and the equipment is not in disrepair it is older but I have lost close to 80 pounds and added a ton of muscle! I currently sit at 240 at 8percent body fat! I bench 450, squat 650 and deadlift 700! I did all this in this "run down gym"! So if you are looking for a commercial gym with pretty equipment go to a commercial gym! If you like big weights, loud music and don't mind sweating this is the place to be!!!!
This "gym" is located in a temporary structure within a shady residential area. I was considering joining due to the 24 hour access offered, but decided to forego my scheduled tour once I saw the state of disrepair the facility is in. It looks like someone purchased a used tent and decided to add a set of glass doors and call it a gym.
This isn't a gym that looks pretty. This is a gym where you get the work out in. I've been lifting weights for 4 years now and this gym definitely has all the bells and whistles you need to get a FULL PUMP. It's even got some punching bags and gloves to go with it. This gym provides towels too! You can change the radio to listen to what you want and it's loud enough to hear over the whole place. & they are continually adding equipment and room. The other gymrats are very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite spot in all of Conroe.
