Baby girl had her 1st practice last night (11/9/2017) with Matt! We're very excited ! Loved the environment and I love the location! You're definitely getting your money's worth! I really loved how , no matter their age (my daughter's 8), they push you to be your best! He didn't let up on her and that's what she needs! She can't wait to go back today! And she's been telling everyone that'll listen about it!
I love dropping everyone in the GREAT GYM!!! The owner is awesome the office manager is an angel and the training is top notch and world class with trainers who have fought for world titles. I really enjoy Tues and Thurs spar night where I get the opportunity to drop everyone with body shots. The owner usually spars except when I am there for some strange reason. COME BY it will be worth it. GREAT PRICES come by to lose weight competition or just train its your choice.
